Oh my it has been a while this time hasn’t it?

Every time I say I’m gonna keep up this blog I fail, but I guess that’s kind of the point here isn’t it?

Trial and error and consistently!

Well I’m certainly consistent at trying and failing so I guess I’m kinda crushing it?

Oh the lies we tell ourselves…

Well even though it’s been a uhh few months lol I’m still kind of doing things!

I’ve been consistent with my kickboxing doing that 3x a week.

I’ve also been consistent in eating poorly.

My weight has also been consistent.

But on the other hand it hasn’t gone up, so I’m taking that as a victory!

It’s the small things.

I titled this post Work B**ch because if you can’t tell there’s a bit of a spike in my heart rate, which is when Britney played!

No motivation like Britney Spears singing Work B**ch!
